I am a consultant and manager with +15 years of experience in the cultural and creative sector, deeply devoted to building up organizational sustainability in capacities and resources, community activation and innovative actions. In my work I am methodological, organized and reliable, able to take risks as well as prioritize stability and robust solutions. Customized and tailor-made approach to collaborations are my speciality, as generic solutions never really get my engine running. I am an advocate for experimental actions and critical thinking, and believe culture and cooperation are the driving force able to fuel positive change even in the most complex challenges of our time.
