I am a consultant, manager, evaluator and lecturer with 15+ years of experience in the cultural and creative sector. My focus is organizational sustainability: helping people and organizations build lasting capacities, diversify resources, and activate their communities through bold, forward-looking action. I work in a way that is methodical, organized and reliable — ready to take risks, but equally ready to prioritize stability and robust solutions.

A tailor-made approach is my speciality, as generic solutions never really get my engine running. I advocate for experimental thinking and critical inquiry, and believe culture and cooperation can fuel positive change even in the most complex challenges of our time.
